Mario joined Barnes Roffe in 1981 after gaining an upper second class degree in Economics from Southampton University. He qualified with first time passes at the Holborn office before moving to the then Leyton office where he became a manager. In 1988 Mario was admitted as a partner and two years later set up the firm's office in Dartford

Tracy Cushion
 
Tracy is a senior tax manager at the Leytonstone office. She joined Barnes Roffe in 1985 and qualified with first time passes in 1988. Tracy was initially promoted to being an audit manager shortly after qualifying and has since moved to be a tax specialist in our taxation function.

"Doing the client's annual audit is only part of our job - helping clients with the variety of business, financial and taxation problems and opportunities facing them is equally important," she says.
